You acknowledge that my operation of the Vybology website does not constitute the practice of medicine, and specifically does not create a practitioner-client relationship between you and Andrea Rábago.

Notwithstanding the fact that the Site does not create a practitioner-client relationship between you and Andrea Rábago, my preservation of your personal health information shall be HIPAA compliant.
