Hi, I'm Andrea.
I'm a licensed therapist and Advanced Certified TRE® Provider with 13 years of experience supporting adults navigating complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, chronic illness, and chronic stress. I view healing and wellbeing through a whole body perspective.
Many of the people I work with are highly sensitive (HSP) and neurodivergent adults who've already done meaningful personal growth work. They are self-aware and understand why they react the way they do. They still carry tension, vigilance, overwhelm, exhaustion, or periods of emotional shutdown.
