How we'll work together

We start with your body and nervous system, exploring what's present and what needs attention. This work is relational - your physical health, relationships, and life circumstances all inform how we proceed together.

I work with somatic practices, TRE®, Internal Family Systems, and approaches that trust your body's wisdom to guide the process. Rather than following a fixed path, we move at your system's pace and follow what emerges.

What to Expect in Your First Session

Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Our first session will feel different from what follows - we'll get to know each other and explore what brought you here, what kind of support feels right, and begin creating a path forward together. You don't need to have everything figured out. We move at your nervous system's pace.

This work is body-based, so you may be invited to notice sensations, move, or shift positions. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.

For in-person sessions in Austin: We'll have space to move if your body needs it.

For online sessions throughout Texas: Find a private, comfortable space where you feel settled and safe. Bring whatever helps you feel grounded - a journal, tea, a blanket, your pet. If others are nearby, headphones can create privacy.

READY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP?

The work begins with a conversation. I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can explore what's showing up for you right now and whether this feels like the right support for you.
