Why Somatic Work Matters
I have come to understand that stress is not only a memory or a story—it gets stored in your living tissues as held activation and unfinished loops we call survival or stress responses.
As a licensed therapist and Advanced Certified TRE® Provider, I have helped thousands of clients interrupt the stress response and interrupt old survival patterns by helping them navigate the innate intelligence of their internal system. My approach is collaborative, body-led, and specifically designed to support all systems including highly sensitive and neurodivergent systems.
