While I recognize the language many people use to understand their experiences: trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and more, I don't view you as disordered or broken. My work is rooted in a non-pathologizing, decolonized approach that honors the wisdom of your nervous system, your brain’s natural ability to reconsolidate and supports your natural capacity for healing.
Together, we explore what's present without judgment, inviting curiosity about how your body and brain have adapted and what you need to do now to enhance your life and relationships.
