Using parts work, coherence methodology and body-based awareness, we respectfully explore and bring together the different aspects of yourself. This is about understanding and honoring all parts of who you are and bringing them into a rhythm, for a felt sense of balance and of working together.
This is for you:
if you're navigating life transitions, difficult relationship patterns and experienced or suspect early childhood (complex) trauma, PTSD, anxiety/depression, or are feeling disconnected or dissociated from yourself and feeling. You want to understand your inner world more deeply and develop a loving, curious relationship with all aspects of who you are. You want to be empowered and feel lighter more easeful.
