Location & Setting

Sessions take place in a private, comfortable office designed specifically for somatic and therapeutic work. The space includes options for seated conversation, floor work, and movement practices.

What to Expect

Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Sessions typically include a mix of conversation, somatic awareness practices, and movement as appropriate for your needs.

Health & Safety

The space is maintained with high standards of cleanliness and safety. If you're feeling unwell, we can easily transition to an online session to protect both of our health.
